This test checks that parties and counsel in mainland China can reach the platform, sign in and work on their cases, with everything served from Hong Kong.
Where it runs
- Hosting
- Microsoft Azure, East Asia region (Hong Kong)
- Encryption
- HTTPS only, TLS 1.2 or newer
- Outside services
- None. No fonts, analytics or scripts from other sites
- Data
- Sample cases only

What this test checks
- Reach from mainland networks
- The platform opens over home broadband and mobile data from China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile, without a VPN.
- Sign in end to end
- You can create an account, sign in, see your cases and sign out, at normal speed.
- Complete pages
- Every file a page needs comes from the Hong Kong server. Nothing loads from Google or other services that are blocked or slow in mainland China.
What you see after signing in
A case list with sample matters, what is due next, and a panel that measures your connection to the Hong Kong server. Copy its figures into your reply to us.
Your data in this test
We keep the email you register with, your password as a one-way hash, your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, with their times. We use them only to measure whether the platform works from mainland China.
Use a made-up email such as name-1@example.com and a password you use nowhere else. Everything is deleted by 4 December 2026, when this test environment is removed.
